Marcello brings years of hands-on experience in property restoration, specializing in both water mitigation and fire damage recovery.  His commitment to client satisfaction make him a trusted guide through every step of the restoration process.

Ken comes with field experience and lifelong customer service experience alongside our Project Managers to ensure every detail—from scheduling to documentation—is handled with precision, so restoration work moves forward quickly and smoothly

Astrid makes sure our finances run smoothly so our team can focus on restoring homes and helping people get back on their feet. From budgeting to planning, she works to ensure every dollar is put to good use—supporting both our mission and the customers we serve.
